About IndianPriceUpdate

IndianPriceUpdate is an independent price guide for Indian households. It brings everyday prices together in one place: gold, silver, fuel and wholesale mandi rates. It also offers free calculators and plain-language guides, so you can check a price before you pay it.

What we stand for

• Show the source and the date. Every price lists where it came from and when it was checked.
• Never fake freshness. When a source stops updating, we keep the last price and clearly label its age.
• Say what a price is. A wholesale mandi rate is labelled wholesale. A world gold rate is labelled as a world rate. Neither is what a shop will charge.
• Fix mistakes. Anyone can report a wrong price, and we check every report.

How we are funded

The site may show advertising, labelled "Advertisement", to pay for running costs. Advertisers do not decide which prices we publish or what our guides say.
